A very interesting thing happened to me last week – I received an hilarious card (on the outside) with wonderful phrasing inside. The choice of words made me feel happy, loved and cared for…… but…..it also made me realise that, in this modern world, we have definitely lost something!!!

Well….Today I managed 2 slices of toast at breakfast. I was unable to finish both the sandwiches I made from 4 slices of bread for lunch and I had a couple of triangles of toast with my home-made leek and potato soup at dinner tonight.
So, let’s see…. 2 + 4 + 0.5 = 6.5 slices of bread today.

The Universe has a way of throwing messages at us and it’s up to us as to whether we take heed.
My friend Helen recently reminded me of the analogy of the feather, the brick and the Mack truck. When the Universe recognises we need to take a different path it will send us a feather……..and, if we don’t heed that, it will throw a brick at us…….and, if we are still determined to follow the path that really is not to our advantage, it will ‘run us over’ with a truck!!
I am so grateful to still be able to treat people using Kinesiology but I certainly needed to be reminded of this story a few weeks ago when the Sports Therapy / Massage part of my business had to co ...
